March 2, 2012As per 15th of July 2011, The Iraqi Directory General of Customs implemented new customs procedures for all goods imported to Iraq. All imported cargo to Iraq must be declared on an Iraqi Manifest in 6 copies. The Iraqi manifests will be issued at the Iraqi entry borders and ports.
